Ako si povezao/la svoj Instagram nalog s platformom Influexus i zelis da ti izbrišemo podatke, u bilo kom trenutku možeš podnijeti zahtjev za brisanje.

Da bismo trajno izbrisali sve tvoje podatke s nase platforme, slijedi ove korake:
- Pošalji e-mail na adresu info@influexus.com
- Koristi naslov poruke: "Data Deletion Request"
- U tijelu poruke navedi svoje Instagram korisnicko ime
- Primices potvrdu kada su tvoji podaci trajno izbrisani
Rok brisanja: Sve podatke cemo trajno izbrisati u roku od 30 dana od primitka zahtjeva. Nakon brisanja šaljemo potvrdu na tvoju e-mail adresu.
Napomena: Nakon brisanja ne mozemo povratiti podatke. Ako se ponovo prijavi s Instagramom, podaci ce se prikupiti iznova.
To permanently delete all your data from our platform, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@influexus.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your Instagram username in the email body
- You will receive a confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted
Deletion timeline: We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of receiving your request. A confirmation will be sent to your email address upon completion.
Note: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you reconnect Instagram at a later date, data will be collected again.
Možeš i direktno isključiti Instagram iz postavki svog Influexus profila, bez slanja e-maila. To ce odmah ukloniti tvoj token i statistike s nase platforme.
Brzi nacin: Prijavi se na Influexus, idi na Postavke profila, pronadi sekciju Povezane mreže i odaberi Iskljuci Instagram. Token i statistike bivaju izbrisani trenutno.
Ako zelis da se izbrišu i ostali podaci s tvog naloga (historija kampanja, poruke, profil), pošalji nam zahtjev na info@influexus.com.
You can also disconnect Instagram directly from your Influexus profile settings at any time, without sending an email. This will immediately remove your token and stats from our system.
Quick method: Log in to Influexus, go to Profile Settings, find the Connected Networks section, and select Disconnect Instagram. Your token and statistics are deleted instantly.
If you also wish to delete other account data (campaign history, messages, profile), please send a request to info@influexus.com.
