Introduction

If you connected your Instagram account to Influexus and wish to have your data deleted, you can submit a deletion request at any time.

All deletion requests are handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data We Store

When you connect your Instagram account to Influexus, we store the following data:

Username and user ID Instagram username and unique user identifier
Access token Token used to fetch your stats from Instagram
Profile statistics Follower count, engagement rate, and media statistics
Post data Likes, comments, and thumbnails from recent posts

We do not store the content of your messages, private profile data, or any financial information related to Instagram.

How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete all your data from our platform, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@influexus.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include your Instagram username in the email body
  4. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted

Deletion timeline: We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days of receiving your request. A confirmation will be sent to your email address upon completion.

Note: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. If you reconnect Instagram at a later date, data will be collected again.

Disconnect Instagram Directly

You can also disconnect Instagram directly from your Influexus profile settings at any time, without sending an email. This will immediately remove your token and stats from our system.

Quick method: Log in to Influexus, go to Profile Settings, find the Connected Networks section, and select Disconnect Instagram. Your token and statistics are deleted instantly.

If you also wish to delete other account data (campaign history, messages, profile), please send a request to info@influexus.com.
